Commissioning Artwork
I will be happy to discuss creating a commissioned piece or series.
1. Dialogue and description
Which of my paintings do you like the most? What is it you like? What do you want to see in your art? Is there anything you don’t like about my art or don’t want to see? Do you have a color combination in mind? Where will the art be displayed?
2. Size
I can work in virtually any size to accommodate your request.
3. Review and initial payment
After choosing a size, I can create two or three color sketches and email them to you for review. Once reviewed, I can make adjustments as needed until we have a final concept. At this time, I ask for a deposit of 50% to begin the actual painting.
4. Final payment and delivery
Once the work is completed, I will photograph it and email an image to you. This is when the final payment is due.
Completed artwork is picked up in person, shipped or delivered. The client is responsible for shipping cost, which is added to the final payment. I can ship Federal Express, DHL or US Priority mail. If the work is very large, it can be removed from the wood stretcher and rolled for convenient shipping.
